    I have three nice rugs I managed to scrounge up at various estate sales and thrift stores. I've had them cleaned at a couple of other places and they look fine. But now they look AMAZING. After picking them up at Shabahang and Sons, I feel like I have three brand new rugs. There are colors in the rugs that I have never seen before! I thought one of the rugs was beige, but now that it's been cleaned properly it's actually a beautiful ivory. I can't recommend this place enough for rug cleaning.

    Very happy with purchase! Very high quality rugs and the best customer service a company could offer. Walked in a couple of years ago and a little overwhelmed by the inventory and listed prices. We didn't really pursue the purchase and didn't discuss pricing discounts. Decided to go back now because we wanted to look at their exceptional pillows and once we started talking about the specific pricing structure for our application it was in fact much more affordable than we thought. We worked with Behzad and he was fantastic. We picked out 3 top contenders and he brought them all to our nearby home to choose the one we wanted. He is kind and friendly and I am so happy every day with our new purchase.

    Rugs beautifully cleaned and repaired. Brought two rugs to Shabahng that had never been professionally cleaned in over 25 years of daily family traffic, one with damaged fringe. Upon examining, he commented on stains and wear, explained cleaning process, suggested replacement of fringe, gave price for each and timeframe. When I picked up clean rugs, what a difference, white/cream parts like new, vibrant colors again, and new fringe very close to original. Very satisfied, no surprises, great doing business.

    There are other places to find rugs but nowhere else with someone like Ben (Behzad) who won't stop his level of service until the customer is satisfied. We bought 2 rugs that needed to coordinate with existing furniture in adjacent spaces. Ben worked with us for as long as it took to find two beautiful rugs that did just that.
